HARD FACTS
At least two weeks lead time
For those who decide spontaneously: don't worry, Mamma's team will do their best to fulfill your request as quickly as possible. However, we ask for your understanding should your desired date or location no longer be available.
Payment No-Show
From 10 people : no-show rate of €10/person.
The reservation is only confirmed upon credit card deposit. If no verbal or written cancellation is received, the amount will be debited.
For groups of 20 or more people, a 50% deposit is required. You'll receive more detailed information upon contact. The remaining balance is payable on-site in cash, by debit or credit card. (Companies can pay by invoice.)
Cancellation conditions
All group reservations must be canceled no later than 24 hours before the start of the reservation. Please note that in case of no-show, we will be charged the full agreed-upon amount per person.
