HARD FACTS
MIN. 2 WEEKS LEAD TIME
For all those who decide spontaneously: don't worry, Mamma's team will do their best to implement your request according to your wishes as quickly as possible. However, we ask for your understanding if your desired date or place is no longer available.
All group reservations must be canceled no later than 24 hours before the start of the reservation. Please note that if you do not show up, we will have to charge the full agreed amount per person.
From 10 Persons: No-show rate of 10€/person. The reservation will only be confirmed once the credit card has been deposited. If the reservation is not canceled verbally or in writing, the no-show rate will be charged.
From 20 Persons: An advance payment of 50% is required. You will receive more detailed information after contacting us. The remaining amount will be paid on site in cash, by debit or credit card. (For companies "on account" is possible)
